SNAP – Cell organelles game

This game of Cell Organelles SNAP is a fun and challenging way for students to learn!

There are 2 ways to use it:

1. Students match up the organelle keyword to the correct description of its function and picture of its structure.
2. Students play SNAP! in pairs/threes to consolidate their understanding!

It promotes a lot of discussion as students discuss if “Snaps” are correct or not & it encourages recall, cementing this content.

Your download of SNAP! will contain:

• 24 cards – 8 keyword cards, 8 description cards, 8 picture cards
• Rules for students
• Teacher guidance, including printing
• Terms & conditions

This Cell Organelles game is suitable for GCSE Combined Science / Biology and was made using the AQA specification. It can also be used at KS3 for higher ability students.
