These are the terms and conditions for the domain www.emmatheteachie.com. By using this website and / or purchasing resources from it, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Emma McErlane hereby asserts her moral rights to be identified as the author of this work in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988. You may not:

  • Download, reproduce, transmit, use or incorporate any of the images, files, pictures, videos, animations, games, text or diagrams from resources or website graphics without the prior written consent of Emma McErlane.

Emma McErlane does not own the copyright for the inbuilt features of the website, including, but not limited to, the font, theme, site icons (e.g. shopping cart, payment buttons, social media buttons).

PURCHASES

License types

You may have the option to purchase a specific license type for a resource. License types cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. You must ensure you have selected the correct license type at the point of purchase. You are bound by the terms and conditions of each license type in addition to the additional resource terms and conditions (found below).

  • Student license: For personal use only, the resource cannot be shared with anyone else in any capacity, including (but not limited to) printing or photocopying the resource, sharing the digital resource file, sharing a photograph of the resource that is of high enough quality for production.
  • Teacher license: For individual teacher use only, the resource cannot be shared in any capacity with other teachers, parents, persons or students whom you do not currently teach. You may print, photocopy and upload the digital resource file to a secure Virtual Learning Environment (i.e. it has a secure log-in facility) accessed only by those students whom you teach (e.g. a Google Classroom). You must ensure that students understand they may not share the resource in any capacity with other persons.
  • School license: For whole school use, the resource cannot be shared with teachers, students, parents or persons of other schools, including any other differently named schools or academies in a different and/or discrete catchment  area or with a different intake criterion even if it is under the same academy, trust, head teacher’s or department head’s control. You may print, photocopy and upload the resource to your Institution’s secure Virtual Learning Environment and / or School Network to be accessed by any current students or staff of the Purchasing Institution. Individual teachers using the resource purchased under a school license must relinquish any copies of the resource once they leave the employment of the Purchasing Institution. You must ensure that any students receiving the resource understand they may not share the resource in any capacity with other persons.

Additional resource terms and conditions

  • You may not use or incorporate any of the images, files, pictures, videos, animations, games, text or diagrams from this Resource in your own original work or to publish, distribute, display or pass off as your work.
  • You may not remove my Copyright logo (©emmatheteachie) from any Resource.
  • Photos of the resource in action may be shared on social media platforms and / or third party websites (providing the terms and conditions below are met) provided that the photograph taken does not depict the resource in whole and / or compromise the security of the resource, for example, a high quality image of the entire resource that could be downloaded and used by another person, and attribution is given to Emmatheteachie. This attribution can be in the form of tagging or a caption or comment in proximity to the photograph.

Delivery of resources

You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software and internet connection to download and open the resources purchased. Resource files may be delivered as zipped files – these may require the use of a laptop or desktop computer to unzip to access the individual files within. All products, unless otherwise stated are secured PDFs, meaning they cannot be edited. You may not attempt to make these editable in any capacity.

Payments

Payments are taken through our secure payment Gateway – please visit the privacy policy for more information on this. Refunds will not be given for any downloadable resources so please ensure it meets your needs before completing the purchase. If you have a question regarding the resource or otherwise, please use the contact form to submit your question.

Reviews
